Our second criteria was age group of 30 to 45 years. As Ajio provide fashion and accessories suitable for all age group, these people find their essentials at Ajio more often. 32% of Ajio online shoppers are between age group 30 to 45.

Ajio has the lowest senior age shoppers on their site. Ajio lacks a senior presence, but 21% is not that bad. This must be because most of the senior age people are not familiar with online shopping. And even if they are familiar with online shopping they prefer traditional offline shopping method for their goods. Maybe we can say because it’s just their habit.

Ajio offer best fashion collection for both men and women. But we think this difference is because more women prefer online shopping for their essentials than men.

The percentage of Ajio shoppers from rural areas is low, maybe because people in these areas not familiar with benefits of online shopping or maybe Ajio can’t reach these areas for delivery yet.

From our survey, we discovered that a large amount of people which is 33% prefer shopping at Ajio during a special occasion. Reason behind this is the occasional sales and promotional offers during festive season. Because of the larger discounts offered on Ajio during festive season most of the people prefer occasional shopping at Ajio.

The 24% of our shoppers prefer monthly online shopping at Ajio. Ajio offer sales in every month, whether end of season sale or fashion sales. Most of the shoppers plan their purchases during this period for additional savings. Ajio also bring trending fashion for all leading people to shop monthly.

The percentage of weekly shoppers is 19% and the percentage of daily shoppers are 8%. These shoppers are more likely to be influencers. Because only these people can manage to shop weekly or daily on Ajio for their trending fashion requirements for their content or brand promotions.

16% of users shop rarely on Ajio. The number of shoppers prefer different online shopping sites rather than Ajio, they just shop once in a while at Ajio if they get better deals on their favorites. Another reason is sometimes people face issues with product quality or product refund, this can lead users to shop at Ajio rarely.

37% of users consider Style and fashion trends factor before shopping online. We think, this is obvious because today’s youth prioritize their fashion above all. As Ajio offers most stylish and trending clothing and accessories collection, this factor influence large amount of people to shop on Ajio.

26% of users shop at Ajio considering discounts and promotions. With the latest fashion trends, Ajio offers discounts and promotions on every product and category.

20% of users consider pricing factors before shopping. Ajio offers latest fashion trends at competitive price ranges making users prioritize shopping at Ajio.

11% of users shop at Ajio considering the product reviews. Ajio is a famous brand for offering high-quality products. Also, at Ajio users are allowed to add reviews of the products they buy, making it easy for other users to know exact quality and pros, cons of the product.

6% of users shop at Ajio because of their brand reputation. Ajio is a well known online market place that provides branded products at affordable pricing. This brand reputation influence new users to shop at Ajio.

This data shows that people consider factors such as trending fashion offerings, discounts, prices, product reviews, etc. before shopping online.

iii. Coupon Utilization:

Respondents who shop without coupons: 23%

As per our survey, we came to know that 77% of users shop at Ajio using coupons. Still 23% of users don’t use coupons while shopping at Ajio. From this 23% of shoppers who shop without coupons 20% of users failed to apply coupons because of invalid coupons and difficult terms and conditions. And 3% of users don’t know about applying coupons, they don’t search online for coupons, they just shop at actual price.

Using coupons is essential and beneficial while online shopping. Users need to understand the importance of using coupons in their online shopping.
